  Decided to give this place a try since I now live down the street from it. Our usual spot has raised its prices and the quality of food has gone down. For our first time, this place did not disappoint. The husband is a picky eater and he approved of the food. I ordered a "junior" burger combo and it was huge (when compared to our usual spot). The avocado cheeseburger was ginormous! The portions are really good especially when it comes to the asada nachos they don't play around. The place can need little help with the look such as better lighting or even nice music playing in the background (it was too quiet for my liking). The gentlemen and women working were nice people.

  I've been coming here for years. The food is good for what it is and consistant. The staff, for the most part are lovely, pleasant people always patient and helpful.
  The reason for the poor review is the fat little broad at lunch. I've been in 4 times, ordered from her and all 4 orders were wrong. When I pointed that out today, she got indignant and fought with me, snottily offering to ( sigh) change it. Honestly fast food is physically demanding but hardly a brain challange. Even if she's a relative or sleeping with the boss she needs to go.

  The worse burgers I've ever had ! Not on,y were the burgers bad, but the fries and onion rings were over cooked and rock hard.
  The soft drinks were great though...

  I was otw to my go to spot for burgers and chili cheese fries till I found out the road was blocked for the moon festival. I had toi search for an alternative and Ricks came up. Drove over here and was happy to see thay had a drive thru. So first impressions are important and the lady taking my order came off rude. Now im the type that gives the benefit of the doubt to how people talk but other people may take it the wrong way. I would think you need to be customer friendly or have someone who is be the one taking orders. I ordered a couple burgers and chili cheese fries and drove up to pay. So I asked the lady who took my money if they have ranch and she said yea so I asked if I could get one and she said okay. Once I got my order I checked the bag and off course no ranch. I was going to wait but the lady was all the way on the other side of the room and I was already feeling like she didnt want to be bothered so I left. So the food itself is okay. The burgers were average the buns didnt seem to be toasted or warmed. The chili cheese fries were also not bad. Good amount of cheese and the chili was good. Overall, dont think I'll be coming back because of my experience. Hopefully they recognize there faults and fix it because they could have gained another customer.

  Never coming to this place again lol bad food and horrible customer service
  They take forever and to not even offer good food or service is a shame
  Good luck to anyone who has to deal with this place
  
  I am waiting for my order and I can hear the lady complain about the car behind me and what they ordered
  Some people should definitely not work in customer service
